How to apply the wax: The skin should be clean and dry, without irritation or traces of other products: creams, oils, etc. No need to rub the strips to soften the wax before use*. Separate the strips slowly and carefully. Apply a strip from below your nose to the corner of your mouth in the direction of hair growth, massaging it gently. Wax each side of the lip separately.
*Test carried out at room temperature equal to or above 20 ºC. If the temperature is below 20 ºC, heat the strips between your hands until the wax softens before separating them.
How to remove the wax: Hold the skin taut with one hand and, with the other hand, pull the wax strip firmly against the direction of hair growth, keeping it as parallel and as close to the skin as possible. The faster you pull, the better the results. Repeat in the opposite direction if necessary. The strips can be reused until they lose their effectiveness. For a perfect finish on the upper lip area, as well as applying the wax in the direction of hair growth, you can also do it in the opposite direction, pulling the strip against the direction of hair growth. To calm the skin, apply light pressure with your hand or apply a cold compress to the waxed area immediately after pulling. Do not wax the same area more than twice in the same waxing session to avoid irritating the skin.
How to remove the wax residue: For a perfect finish, apply a post-waxing wipe to remove the wax residue and to calm and moisturise the skin. Never remove wax residue with water, soap or alcohol. If necessary, remove it with cotton wool moistened with oil.
